GETTING HERE
Blenheim Palace, Woodstock, Oxfordshire OX20 TUL
CAR
From the M40, exit Junction 9 and follow road signage to Blenheim. There is no charge for competitor parking.
TRAIN
The nearest train station is New Oxford Parkway. The S3 bus runs from Oxford to Woodstock at approx. 30-minute intervals.
PARKING
There are car-parking facilities for cars and coaches. Car parking is free for competitors, but it is important to pre-book access tickets for supporters to ensure they have access.

Create a tri-squad
If you want to ride with someone who picked your same competition day and distance, then you can create a Tri-Squad to ensure you are allocated in the same starting wave.
Follow this step-by-step guide carefully so that you and family/friends can ride together!
STEP 1 - IT’S TEAM NAME TIME
Consult with the other team members to pick a Tri-Squad name, this is like a team name, and make sure you personalise it. Something such as Team UK or The Williams Family might be too common, so use a unique combination of words, as well as numbers or special characters if you wish.
STEP 2 - OPEN YOUR ENTRY DETAILS
Once you have a Tri-Squad name, each participant needs to head over to their Let’s Do This registration - you can follow this link to log in or follow this link and enter your booking ID.

STEP 3 - FIND THE RIGHT SECTION
Once you managed to access, locate your ticket and click on “Edit”.
The registration form with all your details will open up in a new page. Scroll down until mid-page. The Tri-Squad section is right after the “What is your wave preference?” question. It will look like this:
STEP 4 - DOUBLE CHECK IT
The instructions within the Tri-Squad section provide you with the necessary information to set this up correctly, therefore, make sure you type in the team name in the exact same way as your friends/family. Even just a different spacing or a special character can prevent you form being allocated in the same wave.
STEP 5 - CONFIRM TO SAVE CHANGES
Once you typed in your Tri-Squad name, scroll all the way to the bottom of the page and click “Confirm”. The “Check-out” page will open up. Click on “Confirm changes” and you are good to go!
REMEMBER - EACH PARTICIPANT IN THE TEAM NEEDS TO ADD THE TRI-SQUAD NAME TO THEIR ENTRY

Event Village
At the heart of the event is our triathlon is the event village, where you can reunite and celebrate with friends and family. Alongside food, drink and some fantastic entertainment, we will have a number of brands displaying their great products for you to try and buy. There will also be injury treatment, massage, taping and foam rolling. Keep your eyes peeled for more information as we move closer to the Blenheim weekend.
Palace Grounds
We are delighted to welcome you to a World Heritage Site. Entry to the grounds will be free of charge to our competitors! If you wish to bring your friends and family, they can pre-pay and book a spectator ticket. More information on 2024 spectator tickets will be coming soon. Enjoy all that is on offer, from Blenheim Palace tours throughout the weekend to Adventure Play (bookable) for the little ones.
Medals, Hats and Merch
All finishers will receive a beautiful medal and t-shirt, alongside the official Blenheim Palace Triathlon swim hat. There will also be some unique commemorative merchandise available to buy. Our official photography partner will be taking your snaps on course, as well at the finish line. Purchase your photos in the days after the race or purchase them pre-event.
